O.f.t.d. stands for “Old Fashioned Traditional Dark” – Although someone has proposed the alternative interpretation, “Oh FUCK, THAT DELICIOUS”. It is a modern take on an old-fashioned overproof-Rome, and to make the right blend, Alexandre Gabriel every of the spiritual industry’s most tanned Romant’s. In the panel sat among other Tiki experts Jeff Berry and Martin Cate and Cocktail historian David Wondrich and the final mix was composed of Rome from Jamaica, Guyana and Barbados.
