Havana Club Añejo 7 Años is the epitome of Cuban rum. It is a legendary spirit that honors Cuba’s reputation as the cradle of the world’s finest rum. Through a long aging process in white oak barrels, the rum acquires intense and complex flavors. This is partly achieved through a continuous aging method, where a small amount of rum is returned to the barrels each year to preserve the essence of Havana 7. This process has been in place since 1960, and Havana 7 still contains the spirit of the original batch from decades ago. It is special enough to be enjoyed neat or over ice.

Tasting Notes
It has a bright and clear mahogany color. The aroma is intense and delicate, with strong and complex notes of cocoa, vanilla, cedarwood, and sweet tobacco. It is an elegant and exceptionally flavorful rum with a voluptuous and velvety entry, evolving into a balanced yet complex palate with flavors of cocoa, vanilla, sugarcane, chestnut, and hints of caramelized fruits. These are underpinned by soft and firm oak notes alongside bittersweet spices. An intense finish is complemented by the aging notes.
