Very light color, interesting taste. Fruit, apple but also a bit of honey. Everything is fresh, sometimes there is even a touch of wild strawberries.
A wine with good acidity, well thought out, and the relationship between quality and price.
Perfect for pasta, grilled chicken, I would also serve with lemon tart. It is suitable for drinking on important occasions – it is elegant enough, but also as part of a cozy evening it will certainly complement a pleasant time in company.
Because of the high acidity, I would recommend them to people who appreciate dry wines and are not looking for “sweet bubbles”.
