1. Buy at

1.4 When delivering to a parcel shop, we do not take responsibility for timely collection of the parcel. If the package is not picked up, it will be sent back to Raschvin. If you wish to have the item delivered again, we reserve the right to charge for this.

2. Prices and contracts

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. 25% VAT, unless otherwise stated. All agreements are entered into in Danish. When ordering to Sweden, the buyer must pay customs duties and taxes in accordance with local rules. For deliveries outside the EU, 25% Danish VAT is not included.

3. Sales in general

4. Cancel order

7. Right of withdrawal and exchange of goods

9. Exercise of the right to complain

Complaints regarding defects must be reported to within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. The customer is strongly encouraged to make a statement about the product’s deficiencies or shortcomings in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may involve an extension of the decontamination process due to troubleshooting. The customer can complain by returning the defective item to our address. Goods that are not included in the right of complaint and / or received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to’s costs for necessary and correct packaging will be charged. 10. Returns that do not contain defects

Gift cards can be used to pay for products at Rasch vin og Spiritus.

Gift cards can NOT be used to pay for freight/dispatch of goods.

It happens e.g. through regular access to content if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in contests or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, otherwise use services or make purchases through the Website.
