Tullibardine 225 – Highland Single Malt – 43% (Sauternes finish). This whiskey has spent the last 12 months of the storage period at Sauteressfade from the 1st Cru Classé Castle Chateau Suduiraut. It has given the whiskey a wonderful golden color and a sea of lovely aromas.
In the nose, sweetening honey / citrustones are sensed. The taste is quite intense with an obeseous structure that places gently on the tongue. There is plenty of vanilla with a small hint of pineapple and orange aroma in the aftertaste.
