Cognac Pierre Ferrand – Ambré 1er Cru 70 cl. 40%

Cognac Grand Champagne de France – Maison Ferrand

Ferrand Cognac Ambré is a blend of Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes from Ferrand’s own vineyards in Grande Champagne – the finest cru in Cognac. Colombard is now rare in the region, but Ferrand has reintroduced it for its aromatic complexity. And you can truly sense it in this cognac, which is intensely aromatic, super fresh, floral, and simply a joy to drink.

Color: Pale golden
Nose: Fresh and floral, with notes of apple blossom, crisp pear, and Earl Grey tea.
Palate: Soft and gentle on the tongue, with fruity notes of apple, apricot, and delicate floral tea tones.
Maison Ferrand, listed by Spiritus Guru Alexandre Gabriel, is the company behind some of the most essential Cognac, Rome and Gins in the modern spiritual landscape. The company embraces wide, but common for each a drop is a unwavering dedication to quality.

Maison Ferrand was created with one mission: to preserve France’s gastronomic treasures. Alexandre has made a virtue of breathing life in old and long-forgotten traditions, and the everlasting Frenchman is known, among other things, known to get up and buy old archives from bankrupt houses to learn more about past production methods. But at Ferrand also understand the value of renewal, and today innovation appreciates as high as tradition.
