Crisp sparkling wine from the northeastern corner of Spain. Here in Penedès, some of the best sparkling wines in the world are produced. This wine is produced from the grape varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada, which thrive in Penedès clay, granite and calcareous soils. When the grapes are harvested, only the finest are selected for cava production.
The cava is produced according to the strictest traditional cava methods. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and then the wine is stored deep in the house’s cellars. It gives nice, stable bubbles in the bottle.
Clear, beautiful, lemon yellow color in the glass with fine, delicate bubbles. The cava is medium dry with a fresh bouquet of citrus. The wine is harmonious with an elegant finish. Ideal as an aperitif or companion to soups, light fish dishes and hors d’oeuvres. Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
