The beautiful neon green color of absinthe will attract the attention of each and every one of us. The scent stretches the notes of almost all the crazy spices, but in one word it can only be described as black jelly beans. The taste is quite unusual, but fans of absinthe will definitely come to their senses – the dominant is a fine straw with a bit of white pepper.

Taste: Strong and sweet with intense licorice and bitter herbal notes.
Finish: Long and lingering with a semi-sweet but somewhat dry finish.
