Botica Small Batch Gin 02 – Redberries 70 cl. 37,5%

Botica Resberries is a delicious gin, which is also called a pink gin. The combination of strawberries and raspberries adds the gin an intense taste of these red berries. A colorful and tasteful gin to enjoy in the best company.

Herbs: juniper, coriander, cardamom, hops, strawberries and raspberries.

The story behind Botica was exciting, especially the part about Christopher Heirwegh, who is from Antwerp in Belgium. He appeared to be the family’s Petrus Ludovicus Oscar Nalin, who had a herbal shop together with Maria Josephina Poppe in Antwerp at the beginning of the 19th century. In their herb, among other things, there was a local spirit with a secret recipe and it was called: “De Meesterlijke Christopher therefore wanted to revive the many years of cava produced in Spain, and old recipe “De Meesterlijke butik, solgte de Formule”.
