Description
Dansk Mjød brews on the basis of an old Danish recipe. From Norse mythology we know that mead is a drink for gods that was drunk on festive occasions. Mead is a natural product that is brewed exclusively from honey. Quite a few spices are used; it makes the best mead in our opinion. In Gl. We have added ginger to Dansk Mjød, which creates a slightly spicy, aromatic and semi-sweet mead, reminiscent of sherry.
Application
Dessert wine that can be enjoyed both chilled and at room temperature.
