Maremma Toscana Rosé

Sangiovese grapes intended for the production of Anna’s Secret are selected and harvested manually to obtain a rosé of the highest quality. The must used is exclusively that which comes from the grape sgrondo, the flower shell, the noblest and most valuable part of the grape juice. The subsequent operations are all performed with controlled hardening in steel tanks. Bottling is performed approx. 5 months after harvest.

Taste notes:
Elegant and harmonious pink wine with a soft pink color with bright and bright reflections. On the nose, it releases lively and refined aromas with hints of strawberries and intense and inviting berries. Perfect match for taste, clean and dry, where freshness and aromatic scent stand out. Very long persistence, its acidity perfectly calibrates the taste perception, which ends with a marked minerality. The combination is extremely versatile, excellent with starters of both land and sea, spicy food, blue fish and salmon. Irresistible.
