Knob Creek is a straight bourbon whiskey produced in Clermont, Kentucky. It was established in 1992 by Booker Noe, the sixth generation master’s distiller in the Jim Beam family. Noes intent was to create a full-taste bourbon that looked like them distilled before ban.

The aroma contains a bouquet of rich wood and vanilla tones with suggestions of maple sugar and roasted almonds. Considering its strength, it is surprising that the palate is quite rich with a sweet oak-like and delicious fruity undertone as well as hints of cinnamon and spice.
