This chapter of Writers’ Tears is pure Single Pot Still, 100% Barley, 3 times distilled and beautifully balanced by Bourbon, Marsala and PX casks, layering sweetness with depth of colour and flavour. Expect velvety dessert-like qualities of PX Sherry, finishing with a light chewiness.
