An exciting Rome from Oliver & Oliver, based in the Dominican Republic, acquires Rome in the Caribbean, to mix it in the best possible way.
It is a secret which rom included in the different blends. However, it is no secret that a large part of the room comes from Cuba, where the Oliver family has its roots, and also had a Romodestillery in the late 18th century. When they founded the company, was allowed to buy about 100,000 liters good Cuban Rome. The rest of the Rome is from Panama, Trinidad, Colombia and Nicaragua, but a large part also comes from their own island, the Dominican Republic.
This 15 year-old Rome is stored in a Solera on US oak barrels, where it acquires good harmony and great complexity and then the maturation in fade, where there was previously port wine.
