The recognized sommelier Bodil Stigsoots.
The aquavite is stored in oak for 6 months, after which notes of Birk, picked from Jämtland, are added.
The aquavite is suitable for most of the lunch table’s delicious dishes, but can also be enjoyed as aperitif.
