Storage and service: Bottles should be stored in a cool and dry place away from light and heat. We suggest serving our Prosecco Althea at a temperature of 6-8 ° C / 43-46 ° F in a large tulip-shaped glass.
Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish hints. Elegant pearl.
Nose: Fine and fruity, the tone of the green apple stands out.
Palate: Pleasantly fresh and dry.
Pairs well with all dishes, especially with fish dishes.
