Based on a Rome being distilled at Jamaica and subsequently refined on Fanø. The breeding consists of a two-step storage. First, the room is stored along with natural raw materials as eg. Fanø Lynghonning, garden grains and Madagascar vanilla. Then it is postponed on portpin dishes.

The Mermaid has won bronze medal in International Wine & Spirit Competition 2019.

Polished nose. On the Palate Grape and Candy. Good room base, with a well Balanced Sweetness.
