The wine is produced by Darling Cellars in South Africa near the Atlantic coast, where there are cold and wet winters and very hot summers. During the summer, cooling winds from the Atlantic and Indian Ocean blow across the area and have a cooling effect on the grapes. The wine is made from Cinsault and Chenin Blanc.

The wine must be made in collaboration with nature, because you cannot and must not work against nature. It is a pleasant wine with a touch of red berries and notes of tropical fruits.
