About Stockholm’s Bränneri
Stockholm’s Bränneri is the first of its kind on the island of Södermalm in the Swedish capital. With a location in an old, cosy, very small and almost homelike Jaguar workshop, the couple Anna and Calle Wikner live out their dream and produce their award-winning gin with a very special Nordic touch. This is done with a youthful go-getter, and combined with the popular, Nordic style, the future looks bright for the two passionate souls. The gin is made from organic wheat, and the Nordic ancestry clearly shines through. Both are actually trained civil engineers, but have far put that career on the shelf and are now, as adventurers in the wonderful world of alcohol, instead making eminent gin, which is gradually sold all over the world. The atmosphere is relaxed modern, perhaps almost a bit hipster, but always with quality and great love for craftsmanship in focus.
