Behind Pallini Limoncello is a more than 100 year old family recipe. In fact, the family has made the traditional Italian liqueur since 1875! They use completely fresh lemons, of the type of SFusato Amalfitano, which is harvested by hand. The shell infuseres in neutral spirits (made on molasses from sugar beet) within 24 hours of harvest. To work quickly if the aroma must be preserved perfectly! The liqueur is tasted with sugar and tapped at 26% alcohol.

Color: light, greenish-yellow.
Fragrance: The right scent of fresh lemon peel and juice.
Taste notes: The taste is at one time rich and fresh. Reminds almost about Lemon Meringue Pie, with a mint-like freshness and balanced sweetness.
