Fanø Something Sour – Fruited Kettle Sour 50 cl. 5,8%

When we’ve been asked what our next beer creation will be, our answer has always been short and simple: Something Sour!

Now, it’s finally here: Something Sour is the first in a new series of fresh Sour beers from Fanø Bryghus. A delicate Kettle Sour with mango and passion fruit, beautifully complemented by its refreshing and tart taste – just perfect for puckered lips!

Malt: Extra Pale, wheat malt, dextrin malt.

Hops: Northern Brewer.

Brewed with: Mango, passion fruit, and oats.

Aroma: A thirst-quenching fusion of tropical fruits, mango, and passion fruit.

Yeast: Wild Brew Sour Pitch, Ale yeast.

Ingredients: Water, barley malt, wheat malt, oats, hops, yeast, mango puree (5%), passion fruit (from concentrate, 1.6%). Energy per 100 ml: 226 kJ/54 kcal.
Store in a dark and cool place.
