In the glass, the wine is sparkling clear with a lively and fresh bouquet of citrus, fresh grass and a little tropical fruit. The taste is rich and concentrated. You sense the influence of the sun, which gives the wine great body and a soft, balanced aftertaste.
A good companion for fish dishes and salads with poultry.

Manufacturing
The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity and undergo a long fermentation. This is done to extract good color and intensity from the grapes. After fermentation, the wine is stored for additional complexity, before it is bottled.
