Wint & Lila Dry Gin is a Handcrafted Spanish Gin with beautiful notes from mint, citrus fruits and fresh Mediterranean criteria.

Wint & Lila is a Spanish distillery that is considered one of the oldest in the world. Therefore, you also know that behind their products are hundreds of years of experience and thus also a guarantee of quality. Wint & Lila Dry Gin is a handcrafted gin manufactured in the city of El Puerto de Santa Maria in Cadiz. It is distilled with 10 carefully selected herbs and spices.

Juniper
Cilantro
Kvanse
Quanrod.
Cinnamon
Orange peel
Lemon zest
Glue shell
Mint
Orange flower

All 10 ingredients are soaked in each six liter jar for 6-8 weeks before they are gently distilled in an old copper boiler from 1820.
Wint & Lila Dry Gin has a both mild and complex dagruance from the mint and orange blossom, while the taste plan is refreshing with a character of herbs and the spices before an intense citrus flavor and a fresh mint taste completes a tasty gin.

You can read more about the gin on their own website.

Wint & Lila Dry Gin – Gin & Tonic
Wint & Lila Dry Gin has a freshness in the form of its citrus fruits and the mint as the icing on the cake. We would like to support these ingredients in a Gin and Tonic, so we create a crazy fresh and light Gin and Tonic. Therefore, we suggest a cocktail, where the garnement offers a wealth of citrus fruits and mint. If you can alternatively make it somewhat heavier Gin and Tonic, where focus is instead put on a garnishment of juniper and a few leaves coriander.
Add the ingredients in the following order

5 cl Wint & Lila Dry Gin
Lots of ice cream
10 CL INDI TONIC
A mix of fresh shells of orange, lemon and lime.
The shells “are broken” in the middle and pressed against the edge of the glass, to deliver scent and aroma. Then they mix in the gin.
A few leaves mint to supplement the mint in the gin.
Pipe around and please
