Franca Contea – Cuvée Primus Brut (Franciacorta DOCG) is a classically styled Franciacorta that combines freshness, elegance, and a beautifully creamy depth. The Brut style is dry yet generous, allowing the fruit and soft mousse to shine—without the wine feeling hard or sharp.

In the glass it shows a pale golden colour with lively, fine bubbles. The nose is fresh and inviting, with citrus and yellow apple, a hint of pear, and notes of toasted bread and nuts that reflect ageing and craftsmanship. On the palate it is dry and well-balanced, with bright acidity, clean fruit, and a lightly creamy texture, finishing with a long, fresh, mineralaftertaste.

Serve well-chilled and give it a few minutes in the glass for the aromas to open up. It’s a reliable aperitif, but it really comes into its own at the table: shellfish, oysters, fish dishes, sushi, as well as lighter poultry dishes or creamy pasta, where the bubbles and acidity cut through and lift the dish.
