Franca Contea – Cuvée Primus Brut DOCG 12,5% 75 CL

Franciacorta DOCG Primus di Franca Contea comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Adro, Corte Franca and Provaglio.
The stay on the lees in the bottle is at least 30 months.
With a pale straw yellow color with light greenish reflections, on the palate this Franciacorta is characterized by a good structure and balance; it has good sapidity, minerality and a pleasant persistence.
The citrus notes are evident on the nose.
Excellent as an aperitif, but also goes very well with raw fish and vegetarian first courses.
To be served at 8-10°C
