Topanito Mezcal is an artisanal spirit crafted from 100% Maguey Espadín, the most iconic agave variety used for mezcal, grown in the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico. Bottled at a robust 52% ABV, it offers an intense and smoky flavor experience rooted in centuries-old traditions.
Made using ancestral techniques – including pit-roasting the agave, stone crushing (tahona), natural fermentation, and small-batch copper still distillation – this mezcal is unfiltered, full of character, and deeply expressive of its terroir.
