Here you can enjoy the rare combination of affordable but successful, easy-drinking Rhône wine; here is immediate, fruit-driven drinking pleasure with a nicely composed aroma profile without sharp edges.
Even though it is young côtes-du-rhône, Réserve del Puech stands out for its rounded acidity, which does not seem astringent and therefore makes the wine approachable already.
The grape composition is completely classic for the southern part of the Rhône valley with 60% grenache, 30% syrah and 10% mourvèdre. The wine is conceived in a modern winery with efficient hardware in the form of a colonnade of stainless steel tanks, which has contributed by ensuring the fruity profile of the grapes without extracting unwanted tannins.
The taste shows soft fullness combined with freshness with red and dark berry fruit, black olives and a sprinkling of spice in the direction of roasted rosemary.
We recommend that the wine is oxygenated for an hour before it is served slightly below room temperature, 15-17° seems ideal.
