Wint & Lila is a Spanish distillery that is considered one of the oldest in the world. Therefore, you also know that behind their products are hundreds of years of experience and thus also a guarantee of quality. Not surprisingly, this gin is dominated by a fresh and sweet fragrance from strawberries. But opposite a classic approach Gin, the alcohol percentage remains at 37.5% percent, making this gin still have fine notes from juniper.

This gin is already proclaimed one of the summer’s most popular gins. The classic recommendation is with Indi Strawberry Tonic, fresh strawberries and a little mint, but we have made our own version that puts a bitter counterpart to the sweetness found in the gin.

Add the ingredients in the following order

5 Cl Wint & Lila Strawberry Gin
Lots of ice cream
10 cl. INDI LEMON TONIC
A pair of slices of dried strawberries
Glue shell which rubs against the edge of the glass to release scent
Pipe around and please!
