After a light pressing, the grape skins are removed from the must to prevent the wine from becoming too deep in colour. The wine then ferments for 15 – 20 days at only 17 – 18 degrees in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness. Intense Rosé color with violet shades, fresh grape aroma and full-bodied taste that becomes more complex with time. The wine has an elegant balance between intense fruit and rounded freshness.

poultry.
