Verosso Blanco has a lovely fresh, slightly sweet style.
The wine has a nice straw yellow color and a delicate and elegant bouquet with a hint of fresh fruit.
After a light pressing, the wine ferments in stainless steel containers at 17-18 degrees for 15-20 days. The wine is then stored in special steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-20 degrees until it needs to be bottled.
Recommended for lunches, light dishes, poultry, for pure enjoyment on the terrace, as an aperitif and with fresh fruit. Should be served at 10 – 12 degrees.
