This wine is produced from the grapes Chenin Blanc (approx. 88%) and Chardonnay (approx. 12%).
It is a beautiful white wine with a clear, straw yellow color and a gentle and delicate aroma of flowers, honey and tropical fruits. It offers a fresh, crisp and full fruit taste with notes of peach, pineapple and guava as well as suitable acidity with good minerality followed by a gentle and pleasant aftertaste.
This harmonious and well-balanced wine is particularly suitable for fish, poultry, salads and lunch dishes. It is also absolutely perfect for the forest or sailing trip.
It is a well-structured wine that should be served chilled and should be drunk relatively young.
