Silverboom Black Label is intense deep red in the glass with dark almost black streaks. In the aroma, you are met by a multitude of red and black berries such as blackcurrant, strawberry and blueberry. In the mouth, the wine is full and concentrated with a classic Cabernet Sauvignon character. In the taste, the notes from the scent go again, the blackcurrants are dominant and are nicely complemented by fine oak tones and a slightly spicy touch.
Silverboom Black Label is an obvious companion for barbecue, veal, lamb and a wide selection of cheeses.

Manufacturing
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes for Silverboom Black Label are specially selected by the winemaker and harvested from well-drained vineyards on which the soil is characterized by granite and slate, which gives the vines a hard surface to work in. The result is resilient canes and thus more intensity in the grapes. The grapes are picked at the end of March in the early hours of the morning and brought directly to the winery. Here, the grapes are lightly pressed, and subsequently undergo a 36-hour maceration. After maceration, the wine is fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks and then rests for 3 weeks in the tanks. When the wine has calmed down, it is carefully stored in oak and thus achieves the high quality.

Transport of wine in bulk from the country of origin to bottling in Denmark constitutes a significantly reduced CO2 load compared to wine imported in bottles.
