The wine appears inviting in the glass with its deep, red color. Pleasant notes of ripe plums and cherries are discernible in the nose. The silky tannins and the flavorful aftertaste complete the experience.
Enjoy e.g. the wine for a roast, braised meat or light meat.

Manufacturing
The grapes are harvested both manually and mechanically in Sicily. They are de-stemmed, gently pressed and then fermented for 10 stages at 25-26°C. Maceration takes eight to ten days, and the malolactic fermentation takes place with selected yeast strains. The wine then ages for up to three months in stainless steel tanks.
