The Norwegian aquavite old upland Edel Portvinsfat is stored on oak barrels (like you know it from Cognac, Whiskey and Rome) A total of 5 years before it is tapped. The first part of the storage takes place on sherry fade, and finally the aquavite is moved to fade, which has previously contained port wine. The fruity portvinsaromas and the light sweetness provide a complex opposite to the classic comments.

Taste notes: Deep taste with hints of cherries, almond, coming and anise.
