The name in itself says a lot about what characterizes this snaps launched in 1992. But not it all.
It is composed of distillate of com- and dill seed, American oak and lemon peel, and the modest content of alcohol makes it mild and sociable. But that does not mean that the taste lacks character.
The taste is mildly seasoned and gives a first impression of the complex, Anise and Citrus. If you give it a second to unfold completely, you will find that it leaves touches of apple and hazelnuts.
Golden Høks Snaps are suitable for lean bright meat and fish as well as many light dishes.
