El Dorado 12 years is a Rome from the last surviving distillery at Guyana; Diamond Distillery. The room here is composed of distillates from several of their boilers, including the famous Coffey Still, Enmore. It is stored for a minimum of 12 years in US oak dishes, and is undoubtedly “Gateway-ROM” for many Roma lovers, with its full, deep and sweetly style. It is an elegant and complex room with a rounded taste and long dry finish. It can be enjoyed clean or in cocktails.
