Fantastic sparkling rosé cava from Penedès, where some of the best sparkling wines are produced. A truly different cava, made from 70% Monastrell and 30% Pinot Noir. The Cava is produced according to the strictest traditional methods. After pressing, the skins lie with the wine for a shorter time to give the wine its beautiful salmon color. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle, and then aging takes place in the winery’s cellars.
Crisp pink color with a steady flow of fine bubbles. Powerful bouquet with notes of ripe red berries. In the mouth, the mousse feels delicate with a lively, harmonious and crisp aftertaste.
A nice welcome, but also good with seafood and salads. Serving temperature: 6-8°C.
