The EDRADOUR distillery, once the smallest distillery in Scotland, has been in independent possession again since 2002. Led by Andrew Symington, the owner and founder of the Signatory Vintage company, the Highland distillery truly has a luminary as the owner. Since the takeover by him, very diverse bottlings have been regularly on the market. EDRADOUR fills up Single Malts without gauch, as a Ballellechin with gauch.
Edradour Ibisco Bourbon Decanter. maturity from 2012 to 2022 in & former bourbon barrels. Filled with strong 59.6 vol. alcohol, without dye and not cold -filtered.
Aroma: citrus notes, sweet maltness with cake batter, apples and dry oak, Floral.
Taste: pronounced sweetness with caramel and vanilla, nuts and malt, mature apples.
