Description
Dansk Mjød brews on the basis of an old Danish recipe. From Norse mythology we know that mead is a drink for gods that was drunk on festive occasions. Mead is a natural product that is brewed exclusively from honey. Quite a few spices are used; it makes the best mead in our opinion. Mead herb is added to this mead, which gives Skjalde Mjød a hint of almond. Skjalde Mjød is our mildest, and it has the pure taste of honey.
Application
Dessert wine that can be enjoyed both chilled and at room temperature.
