Crystal Bay Sauvignon Blanc has an inviting clear golden color. The fresh and lively wine has fruity notes of gooseberries, green apples and citrus. Crystal Bay Sauvignon Blanc is particularly harmonious with a slight mineral undertone. The aftertaste is elegant and creeps softly on the palate.
Enjoy the wine with Thai food, dishes with light meat or vegetables or with cheeses. Also try serving the wine with the dessert!

Manufacturing
The wine is made from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, which ripens slowly in the relatively cool climate of the Western Cape region of South Africa. The grapes ripen perfectly in the Mediterranean climate of the area. The grapes are picked in the cool morning hours to ensure the freshness and acidity of the grapes. They are then de-stemmed and quickly pressed. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
