Crystal Bay Pinot Noir appears beautiful and elegant red in the glass. In the fragrance you encounter intense notes of dark cherries and delicious spices. The wine has an elegant structure and a perfect balance between fruit and acid. The wine is soft and delicious in the finish and pleasantly caresses the palate.
To bring out the fruit in the wine, it should be enjoyed at 16-18°C.
Serve Crystal Bay Pinot Noir with a good steak, soft cheeses or a well-made pasta dish.

Manufacturing

The elegant Pinot Noir grape is known from the great wines of Burgundy. The grape demands attention, but if it gets it, it pays off with elegant and fruity red wines. The grape thrives in the Californian climate. The grapes for Crystal Bay Pinot Noir are selected and harvested at optimal maturity.
After a long soaking of the must, the wine is fermented to increase color and flavor complexity. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape’s character and fruit in the final wine.
