Becker Pinot Noir Nature – ECO 75 CL

Wine Nature – Alsace

With this Pinot Noir, which Domaine Jean Becker calls “Nature”, the winery fully demonstrates its commitment to organic wine production with as little intervention as possible. The result is a juicy, mouth-watering wine with great fruit and dangerously high “easy drinking”.

Colour: Ruby red.
Aroma: A multitude of strawberries, cherries, forest floor and currants.
Tasting notes: Fresh and juicy, with tons of red berries (cherries, strawberries) and a mouthwatering acidity.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy it slightly chilled with light meat, e.g. roast chicken.

Domaine Jean Becker is an old family-owned winery in Alsace with roots dating back to 1610. Since 1999, they have grown organic wine in their vineyards and have therefore only offered organic wine since 2001. Siblings Martine, Phillipe and Francois Becker, who run the house today, stay together with the rest of the company in Zellenberg in Alsace and most of the wines are made from the classic Alsatian white wine grapes: Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Sylvaner, Gewürztraminer, etc. but the family also makes individual red wines from Pinot Noir. Becker also grows wine on several of the very large Grand Cru fields, including: Froehn, Schoenenbourg, Mandelberg and Sonnenglantz.
