Boshu (Sowing of the Grain) has been distilled by peat barley and has been ripened in a combination of ex-bourbon, wine, mizunara and sherry tree before they were married.
About 9,000 bottles were released.
Nose: Vanilla fertilizer combined with some bonfire, drying taste: citrusic acid, some tropical fruits, caramelsets along with bonfire. Exit: slightly salty, with some cocoa bits kind of bitterness.
