Zinfandel blush, which is California Rosé, gives a nice pink color that is achieved by removing the skins immediately after the grapes are pressed, so that they do not have time to give off so much color. A seductive scent of fresh red summer berries such as strawberries and raspberries as well as roses. The taste is fruity with the same notes, which together with a fresh acidity give a fresh balanced wine.
Serve chilled at 6-8 degrees with seafood, pasta, salad, poultry or as an aperitif
