Woodford Reserve 70 CL 43,2%

Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon is one of the Bourbon world’s classics. It is made of 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% barley, and the forbourbon relatively high rye gives a light spicy fence that harmonizes beautiful with the sweet notes of toffee and brown farin. The whiskey is stored about 6 years in new oak barrels and tapped at 43.2% alcohol.

Color: deep amber.
Fragrance: Cherry, mint, brown farin and vanilla. Wonderfully classic bourbon nose with lots of depth.
Taste notes: creamy and fuller-toffee notes, vanilla, cherry and orange peel.

Serving suggestions: Can be enjoyed clean or in cocktails. Estimate in an Old Fashioned!

Woodford Reserve is one of the oldest and smallest distilleries in Kentucky. The distiller is located in the town of Versailles among gentle hills undulating with Kentucky’s famous bluegrass. In this place, Elijah Pepper in 1812 began to make whiskey, and reported here the now ubiquitous sour mash technique was invented.

Although tradition is a cornerstone of Woodford Reserve, Master Distiller Chris Morris has, in recent years, focused on innovation, so Woodford Reserve can keep up with the rapidly expanding Bourbon world. It has, among other things, rened new bottling such as Double Oaked, Woodford Rye and the coveted Master’s Collection, in which, among other things, Bourbon is posted on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir dishes!
