Teeling Whiskey – Amber Ale 70 cl. 46%

This release is a logical consequence of the good relationship that Dot Brew and Teeling have maintained for many years and a mutual ambition to create unique expressions full of taste and Dublin-character.

First, Dot Brew Ex-Rom Fade from Teeling, usually used for Small Batch to make their own teeling whiskey stored Ravøl. When these fade return, they are filled up with Small Batch, so the whiskey can take advantage of further maturation in these ‘room Red Dark’ ravølfade.

Room Red Dark is a nice round, balanced beer with notes of dark fruit, raisins, biscuits, vanilla, caramel and a soft tone of syrupy Rome. Small batch has caught a significant part of the tastes and aromas and created a completely unique whiskey. A whiskey full of natural character.
