A smoky, smooth blended whisky from Teacher’s, Highland Cream is centred around a core of peated single malt from Ardmore distillery, combined with sweet, fruity grain and malt whiskies. The palate brings notes of apples, rich peat smoke, honey, sweet malt and creamy vanilla that linger in the finish.
Big, rounded, smooth. Full of crunchy maltiness. To drink this whisky is like biting into peanut brittle. Then toffee. Then liquorice flavours. 8.5/10

It is said that William Teacher would not give his name to his blend until he had found perfection. Highland Cream was that whisky. At 45% it has one of the highest single malt contents of any blend and uses fully peated Ardmore whisky as its fingerprint malt. The combination is incredible depth and smoothness combined with rich smokey undertones. Truly a masterpiece.
