An incredibly rare 35-year-old Springbank release from Signatory Vintage as part of their Symington’s Choice series. Distilled back in 1989, this liquid was allowed to slowly mature in refill a refill Oloroso sherry butt, before being bottled at 47.8% abv in 2024. A limited edition, only 345 bottles were filled from this single cask.
