Dedicated and specialized winemakers have carefully selected the grapes for this fine crisp rosé wine. The Pinotage grapes come from bush vines and to achieve the “special reserve” style, the grapes are harvested more mature than usual for rosé wines. The must is fermented at a cool temperature for three weeks to retain the fresh fruit sweetness in the wine. When the wine has reached the ideal alcohol and sugar level, fermentation is stopped, thus ensuring a wine with perfect fruit and freshness.
