At first a very comfortable and mild fragrance in the nose. Hot vanilla aromas combine with soft shades of oak followed by a spicy note of fresh mint. The sugar cane evening adds a fresh green and slightly acidic touch to the glorious bouquet. A gentle sweetness fills the mouth with a mixture of fresh mint and marzipan. This room is fresh and easily drinkable. It is very balanced and has pleasant notes from the oak bodies.
Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos became a dream in 2007: producing Dominican alcohol of good quality – hence the name. Two Dominican families went along with two as Dominican Rome producers, overall all their experience and began producing based on sugar crops. The sugar cane is closely selected and the juice is extracted from mills. The result is rich, complex and sweet room, which arouses memory of the Dominican Republic’s azure beaches, palm trees and white sandy beaches.
