The great Indian single malt from the sunny shores at Goa. With many freshwater sources and tropical heat, Goa was the natural choice for where Single Malt should be created. Of course, a full-year tropical climate accelerates the ripening of the whiskey. The angel’s share (evaporation) is about 8% a year. Single malt’s unique flavors, not least due to the intense character of the special barley growing at the foot of Himalaya.
In 2004, Michael d’Souza Master Distiller was at John Distilleries, where the first distillation took place in 2008. In 2012, Paul John was launched in Britain, and has since won countless prices and recognitions around the world. Mac Y is proud to introduce Paul John Single Malts in Denmark.
The whiskeys are not chill-filtered and have Helle no additives (colors or flavor).
